A new conflict (I think) to report.
Silgrad Tower conflicts (landscape) with Sea of Solstheim by Detritus. It adds a bunch of new underwater areas to travel around the west and south of Solstheim, obviously causing a landscape conflict with the areas around Blacklight. I know there was a list of Silgrad's conflicts somewhere, but I can't find it so I'm not sure if this was reported.
