Adventurer NPC's

In TES4, there's 5 Orc NPC's that go around looting dungeons. And M'Aiq runs around with his uber speed taking all the calipers in every dungeon. Should we do something similar for our mod?
Though, this only works in TES4 because all the damn loot is generic... I suppose we could have an NPC that is M'Aiq-like, though. Hmm... Fargoth, maybe? But he has to be riding a black-skinned red-eyed cliff racer. And he has to have a spell called "Fargoth's Annoyance", which summons 10-15 cliff racers.
