Archery (Marksmanship)

In OB can you have player competing in an Archery Competion)

My Idea here is a Quest for the Marksman, once the Marksman reaches a certain level of ability, they would be given a letter sent by messenger which will invite them to compete in a contest to determine the best marksman in Morrowind.
The underlined story being that the winner of the competion (which will be the player) is really going to be asked to go on a secret and dangerous mission where his/her marksmanship skills are most important.

Can we do this?

Sounds good. I thought when a certain skill level of marksman is gained, then the player can do the contest or start the quest right away.

Hmm, what kind of contest are you thinking about? Stationary targets are waaaaaaay too easy, so moving targets?

Things popping up and down? Waving back and forth? being launched?

Will there be creatures to kill?

Stuff like that'd be really cool

Well, yeah...just an archery contest we can start off with stationary targets a different distances, then go to a moving target like a skeetshooting maybe or just the pop up kind or the side to side
movement.

No creatures though

that will come later

If these types of things can be done then lets do them

It can be done, for example: Kumiko Manor, It has a training room with skeletons walking and running back and fourth.

Ok question #1 do we want this to be a misc quest line of 2 to 3 quests or make it part of one of the guild/faction quests
