Razorwing: I just made it for myself, more like an personal mod.
It wasn't ment to be in the mod or anything, but i know a way of exporting it to the silgrad island.
It's just to copy the stones, houses and npcs' that's in the area i made, then, after copying it, just change the "_wg" to something like "_ashl", or something else. Then you have the stone village there.
As i said, it wasn't meant to be in the mod in the first place..
