I noticed that Sul-maatul the ashkhan of Urshilaku has an orc battle ax.... I was thinking maybe Umug-gro-mashnar gave it to him as a sign of peace?

maybe you have to get land around red moutain its all most safe now and its up for grabs and there a nice wall around it and at the end of the quest the houses and the empire give the ashlander that land and give them a rep in the grand council what do you think

well it isn't safe and it's ownership is questionable...
Red Mt. is full of dangerous ravines and paths with 6th House creatures hiding about...

but representation in the Grand Council is an idea that I like and may be put into the quest-line...

thats the point the grand council what to get rid of the ashlander so give them that land hoping its to so dangerous that they will died but agains the odds the ashlanders serive in there (only because the tribes have united) and the quest would be fun big skirmishs betwen 6th house and ashlander
