CS construction set

From what I'm reading in the Beyond Cyrodiil area, you have to download an update to the CS when you install Shivering Isles. It looks like the mods made after that might not be compatable with the CS previous to that.

Has anyone tested that to be sure? Will this cause headaches for us?
