This Mod is being made to bring a new quest and storyline into the silgrad tower mod.

in the past hundred years the poor ugly and abanded have fought and stolen for there survival but now they are being hunted for there crimes.
They Have bountys on there heads and you need to heelp these poor rebels Get rid of it. About one hundred years ago a man named
huwallo raven found a forrgotten cave in the velothi mountains he recuited all the wanted poor and ugly and built an undreground city The City Of Rebels. U one day come accross a note as u explore the velothi mountains u dicover an old cave and stumble in u then are captured by a bunch of soldiers to become one of the rebels u must do a little quest for them u must retrieve The Skull Of Despair Then u will do quests to get the bounty off all your alies of the city of rebels.
