[Claimed] Bodrum BR-003 Imperial Garrison
This claim has been accepted by Cire992

The Imperial Garrison at Bodrum is rather small, their are only 2 Troops stationed here but the garrison should have room enough for 20

Imperial Halls which go around the entire fort with a tower, the base of the tower extends into the side of the hill, some of these walls have cracked dirt and tree roots have seeped through the fortress walls

Standard Imperial Fort with some signs of wear
Small Alter
Sleeping Quarters
2 Prison Cells

Anything above this is optional

Please reply to this post to accept this claim

Thanks and Enjoy
Bob

Hi Bob, may I claim this one?

You guys allow 3 interiors at a time, correct?

EDIT: I'm working off the overhead image of Bodrum you posted here, but the garrison is sort of cut off in the corner. Could you confirm that the version I built for myself for reference in the image below is correct?

All yours

Yes your reference is fine

you can claim as many as you want

Keep in mind the priority at this point is Velothi Mountains expansion

All the interiors we will use in our first (hopefully soon to come) release
are completed I might find 1 or 2 more caves that could be made

At this time we really need to focus on some small simple quests
the "go get this" or "go kill someone" type quests We need about 10 to 15 of them (the more the better)

If your interested in doing some of that it would be a tremendous help

Bodrum is the next priority as it will be added to the VM expansion

Enjoy
Bob

Hmmm, I've always struggled with scripting, but that just means it takes me a little longer to do, and I'm perfectly alright with dialogue. I'll make the last touches on the garrison and you just point me to where I can be of the most help.

Anyhow, here's the garrison as it stands. No NPCS or pathgrid yet, and the esp is not clean. I have a layout, decor, lighting etc. There are some issues I need to address, but I'm concerned that I may have gone a little over the top with the whole "wear and tear" idea. Tell me what you think>

I hear ya, the scripting eludes me as well

On to the interior

Looks great I think you did just perfect on the wear and tear look

I did find a bit of bleeding on the bridge pieces near the furnace, where you used them as a hall.

This same condition can also be seen in the sanctuary area behind the tapestries

One suggestion to eliminate this would be to manually adjust the position
for this particular one I moved the ex_imp_bridge_01 (the furthest south piece) to X= -3679.930 Y= 1503.106

Try it and see if it works for you as well

Enjoy

Here's the updated, cleaned esp. Would you like me to add npcs? I'm not clear as to whether or not I should create them.

Fixed the clipping by the altar and forge
Adjusted the lighting
Added "Evidence" Chest to dungeon
Fixed Clipping problem with cell door when opening
Locked cell doors and added a cell key
Created Path Grid

Very good

You can add npc's and pathgrids

For this garrison we had 2 npc's (guards) planned and a temple priest

the npc's had names at some point but thats been forgotten

regardless here was the idea behind it

we will call them npc X & Y and the priest will be Z

NPC X -is a Master at Arms, he is top notch spit and polish soldier, honored in battle and awarded for his skills and knowledge.. he is really irritated with is superiors because they assigned him this stupid outpost at Bodrum, Boring and a disgrace to the Empire.

Also their are no other imperials in town (He doesn't like Elves)

NPC Y- is a Trooper. lazy and un-organized can't find his way out of his boots, the stupidest soldier in the Empire

NPC Z- is the preist an Adept and though his service is a general service to the empire he follows Kynareth in his beliefs and will tell you of this when you meet him

Thats how it appears, the truth is that NPC Y (the stupid guard) and NPC Z(the preist) found the enterence to the Bodrum tombs and have been looting the relics from it and selling them to the Bordello Owner..

NPC X (the good soldier) will eventually figure it out and have them all arrested and get true recognition for his superiors and will be offered a great position in the Imperial City

But the Bordello Owners wife is a real hotty and she is also a goldigger
recognizing her gravy train is over, she latches onto our NPC X and convinces him that elves arn't so bad after all.... so he decides to stay in Bodrum and help he run the Bordello

NPC X still get promoted and 2 new NPC's join the Bodrum group (another priest and another guard)

In a nutshell that is what was planned for this little garrison

Smile

Sorry for the long answer

Enjoy

Sweet, I can do that. Now, I really do want get on those quests you were mentioning. If Bodrum isn't slated lined up to be released with the VM expansion right away, and I've got some time to get this done, then I'll put this off until later.

Yes thier is time for this to wait

Bodrum is the next phase

I figure if things go correctly this time and we can get some quests into
the Velothi Mountains we can get a beta release sometime mid sept, hopefully we can get some feedback and while were wating on that feedback we can add in Bodrum

Enjoy
