I had been procrastinating about putting this claim up, but it really needs to be done as it will be essential in our use for future quests and also be a staple for use in ES4.

More than one claimer is acceptable as this is a concept request, the final decision on which layout we use will be made by the team members as it will most likely effect what is done in ES4

The University of Silgrad is an esteemed institute which provides training in all manner of skill, the university dean will from time to time request certain tasks be performed, this can be a joinable group or not(that has not been decided). But regardless thier will be a rank structure and the player will become recognized as a person of great learning.

The University Building and Grounds should be Hlaalu in Design, the claimer may use the Oom Hlaalu Project set to build the exterior, it may be downladed from our database here:

If thier are certain pieces not found in this set, that you think would be essential in the creation of these buildings, please let me know.

The terrain may be adjusted SLIGHTLY to accomidate the building and grounds, but those changes must be reviewed and accepted prior to continued work

The exterior should be build in such a way that it will accomidate an interior with 3 levels on the main building and 2 levels on the secondary building (The Dorms) and should also include a home for the Dean

Concept work will require approval before completion

In other words make a draft and submit it for review

The best way to do this is to seperate those cells into a seperate esp and work them out until satisfied, then submit for review

I would like to see several different ideas on this before we decide which one to use

After months and months of working this and not being happy with it this is the final I have decided to go with


I will continue working on the landscaping, which will not be very time consuming

I will also open a claim for the interior
