Veranis Hall General Information

The Black Dagger Tavern caters to the rough and tumble sailors and traders who come in with goods, the decor should be poor to modest
a bar and a few tables, lots of hard beverages, mead, ale, whiskeys

The owner, Liulfr the Hairy, is another element in the VH quest story

The basement serves as a skooma den, a password is needed to enter
use in_c_stone, their should be doorways on the north and south of the basement which will connect VH-021 and VH-023

Only one exception, the trap doors are not aligned

Its fine the way it is, but if its just something you overlooked and it will cause you sleepless nights until its fixed then please do, otherwise let me know and It will be moved to completed

I missed that. Because i placed those basement doors on the west-east side, and you wanted north-south, so i just rotated the whole basement.
