Same thing as flora and fauna exept for diseases instead of flora and fauna. We'll need to wait for the diseases to be chosen but once that happens we can start.
Also this would be written by a inperial as the argonians would not care about the origins or anything but just get it healed while the imperials would usually want to know about the diseases origins
