Probably not, maybe some miscellaneous (sp) quests though. Ebbedin is a poor Redoran fishing village, and there really isn't much to see here... Maybe Temple quests if there had to be though.

hmm, you could be sent there on house redoran buisness, check up on everything, possibly something related to the sixth house?

Hmm, lets see. I have a few quest ideas. Some are side quests that you get on the island from the people who live there, and some are for guilds and factions who send you there.

Side Quests:

1.Ebony Escort
2.The Sunken Ship
3.Oblivion Invasion?
4.The Huntress' Treasure

Guild/Faction Quests:

1.TG - The Ebony Heist
2.MT - Vares Writ
3.MG - Aetherius Root
4.T - A Sixth House Haunting
5.IL - Disturbance At the East Empire Base


Those are some ideas that popped into my head. If you come up with any more, or have ways to elaborate further on a subject here, please do so. I want to squeeze in a House Redoran mission, but I don't know how quests in that house usually work, and I can't think of any good ones that come to mind right now. So please, post your ideas.
