It means that part three will be the point with massive ayleid presence, reality shifts, enemy factions mobilizing etc.

So is there one MQ between Elsweyr/Valenwood, or one for each?

We are undecided, a main quest for each will help differentiate between the two and I would prefer that outcome, but the joint MQ is definately going to happen.

I think the mod would be much better if each province had its own MQ... And maybe a shared one as well. Of course that'll be a ton of work.

Rajhin the Thief, the mythical Khajiiti figure, has reappeared again (or just some clever Khajiiti thief appeared) and stole some precious relic from that EC member (maybe Ocato himself?), retreating back to Elsweyr. And so, he sends you to retreive that relic.
