F&F: Sea creatures

One thing about modding the underwater regions of Vvardenfell is that there isn't really much lore about flora and fauna that might exist there, so it does allow for more creative leeway.

It might have many tentacles, but they aren't hard to animate since they all work like one.

Sea slugs would be cool, tho they weren't be so special. I mean some species are deadly, but that doesn't count.
