[Fix] Darvala's Amulet Quest

Possibly the shortest ESP of all time. This issue was that the topic "Darvala?s amulet" was written with the character ' (Unicode 0x00B4) while the AddTopic in the first entry of "my amulet" used a ' (Unicode 0x0027). I changed the AddTopic to match the topic; a simpler fix that way.

The difference shows up better in Times New Roman: Darvala?s amulet vs Darvala's amulet. Here's a link that explains it in more detail. BTW i got the wrong character in my explanation; it's U+2019.
