[Fix] Salmanus Sub-Quest

This is a small offshoot quest from the Aedryn Mine megaquest. The issue was again punctuation in topic names. We had both "stay back demon" and "stay back, demon". I took the one info from the second topic and put it into the first, and then did some light clean-up on the quest dialogue and journal entries.

I don't know if there is a list somewhere of unused dialogue topics to be cleaned out at some point, but "stay back, demon" (with comma) certainly belongs on it.
