I uninstalled and am re-installing Oblivion. Some of the mods I had installed seem to no longer be available.

One of the first things I did was track down the TES Construction set. There is an extensive wiki for it now.

That's great news! The wiki is pretty comprehensive these days, and I'm sure you could ask in the ST general questions forum if there's anything that isn't covered in enough detail there.

Both the UESP wiki and the TES wiki are extremely helpful Deeza.

There are also some good tutorials on both TESNexus and PES. TES Alliance is another good place to go for help.
