I was going to PM you about this, but it turns out your inbox was full, so I'll put it here.

It turns out that the mic I have really screws up the way my voice sounds, making me sounds 5 years old or something.

So once I get Oblivion I'll see if I can get a better microphone, and THEN see if I still sound like a khajit.

Alrighty. Here are some mics that are fairly cheap, and they come from your home state, so they'd arrive pretty quickly.

What program do you use to record? I have a driver for my onboard sound card that has an equalizer. If your's has something like that, then that could be the reason it records the way it does.

I use GoldWave. It's certainly better than Microsoft recorder.

Thanks for the link too... I'm going to end up spending several hundred dollars on computer stuff this year. Crap.
