That user has no affiliation with The Elsweyr Conferacy at all, afaik he's never done any work for the mod, or even made a post on our boards before. The team doesn't support this person's views on Illiana's DoA mod, and we have a good respect for the work she's done creating a very popular mod for Oblivion.
