How do I retexture armors and such?

I was wondering what category does rextexturing armor fall under like changing the colour and icons on the armor and where to find it in the Cs? im see if i can try to find the hand of it

I think paintshop pro can do it...

You need to make a copy of the NIF file, and then use a program like NifTexture to switch out the texture file links stored in the copied NIF file to your new ones. Then add it as a new object in the CS.
