Then again, I also had my view distance set back to 3000, about a third of the max. But I didn't notice, because of the tightly-packed buildings. Though I do agree that TESIV Silgrad should be more spaced out.
10 on my X850XT PE. With massive skip lag.

I've got no idea what my framerate is, but I'd like to point out Axen's got to make a single post before reaching Sovereign status.

I've got my settings so that the viewing distance is set to max, the water detail high, blood decals on high, shadows, but I turned off grass because it really slows things down. I've got a reasonable framerate.
