Specific information - Main road from Orcrest to the West. There will probably be a camp somewhere along this stretch, and possibly a more permanent habitation. This would be a nice spot to have a dusty merchant tent under an Acacia01 tree alongside the roadway with a small party of dustier Khajiit traders. Just a thought.

There was a massacre at Stoop Low - see the minimal reference at TIL. I don't know any more about it than that.
