The road south from Orcrest skirts the Rimmen highlands.

This is blending from the Rimmen Higlands down to the Badlands. There are nice hollows on top of the hills where all sorts of nefarious activity could occur. See also neighbouring LCRN12 and LCRN13 - this whole hilltop may need planning.

The road is complete and in update 0-01-04.

Alternatively, if you just want to claim this for landscaping and leave the denizens to someone else that's fine too.
