The Latest MGE is out, which includes a (mostly) merged MWSE, LOD Lanscape, and now in the last few days Distant Statics.

Really good for people who prefer MW, but want OB's graphics and effects.

P.S. The latest version is a Beta, and there is quite a few problems (only on some computers and most are easily fixed), a newer one will be released in the next few days, so watch out for it.

Does it only work for the vvardefell islands and solstheim or can it draw a distance too for the silgrad tower mod?
I don't know much about distant land view.

I believe it can generate LOD and distant statics for any plug in or mod, the only set-back is, you need to generate the LOD and statics each time and this can be time consuming. For example, you could generate the LOD for TR map 1, then later, map 2 and so on... (I think that's how it used to work anyway.)

You can also choose whether or not to generate distant statics, LOD etc. so if you're setup isn't good enough to run MGE to a playable level, you have the choice to turn on and off various settings.

Each time you add a new/remove a mod you need to regenerate, not everytime you play

Regenerate means "to generate again". The only time you have to "regenerate" is when you load in another mod. While you don't have to, to get distant statics, and distant land data, you have to.

If your still having problems go to ESF(BSF) and post in the offical thread.
