not really sure what your problem is based on the screenshots. do you mean that there is no alpha or that the leaves cut away when others are on top of them? for the former you need to add an alpha property to your nif, for the later a stencil property (set to display both)

The second is the correct >> " The leaves cut away when others are on top of them.. "

The texture is already have an alpha channel, which works perfectly. And the nif also have an alpha property.

Other idea?

open up nifskope, load mesh
find the NiTriShape that you want (possibly several)
right click desired NiTriShape, go to Node>Add Property>niStencilProperty
in the Block Details of the NiStencilProperty, change the Draw Mode to DRAW_BOTH

that should fix it

make sure that your texture has an alpha channel where black is transparent and white is not. make sure its saved at DTX3 or DTX5.

if that still doesnt work upload the mesh/texture.

your alpha property had the wrong flags. collapse strip 34 (ferns), go to NiAlphaProperty, in its block details change the Flags number to 4845. you also want to add the stencil property from my previous post so that the ferns are visible from all sides.

to figure this out i went to the vanilla fern model and checked its alpha property for any differences.
