I havent heard much talk about it
I did submit some text (read up) I got from one of the old forum discussion about Arthranos and the Julianii story. Its pretty interesting.

we can either use this and continue forward or come up with our own

I'll let you make that call, if of course you'd like to take that claim (Lumen Julianii)

so throw your ideas out thier (in the quest development section) lets beat them around a bit

Yeah, i liked that story, it would work with what we have so far.

So ya I'd like to officially claim Lumen Julianii,

I'll start work on it this weekend. First i'll add the NPC's and then I'll see what I can do about quests.

I havn't forgotten about this, I've just been waiting to see what the TES4 team have planned for it, I wan't it to have some sort of continuity.

Well I didn't find much more on it than what I posted earlier in this same thread
So unless you have any other thoughts in process I would recommend using it as a base and be your creative self and have fun with it, let me know if theirs anything I can help with or the rest of us too

Eh looks like I'm not going to have the time I'd like to spend on this for a few reasons,

1) I'm currently in the NWN2 Multiplayer Beta Test.
2) NWN2 is due to be released in a month, and I'm part of a big modding team on a mod called dungeon eternal x, and well be spending alot of time on that.
3) My Oblivion mod needs work too, I barely have time to work on that.
4) Various real life dramas.

So unfortunatly I'm going to have to surrender my claim, If anyone wan't to take over bob's the guy to contact.

There's not much to do, their are already armor and robes designed for it's inhabitants, and the 2 factions are already set up.

All that needs to be done is add the various NPC's, dialogue and quests.

I'll still be around on the forums, but I won't be able to do much modding I'm afraid.
