Sounds like an interesting list.

Does anyone know what type of armor Bound armor counts as?

Answering my own question, light armor.

Just wanted to share that I'm working on the main quest, and I went raiding Red Mountain for a diversion. I found the site of Dagoth Ur's lair, and I just want to say, the lava pit is probably the most awe-inspiring thing I've ever seen in vanilla Morrowind to date. (Solstheim Castle and Pearl Palace surpass it, Pearl Palace especially [the most beautiful piece of Morrowind architecture and decoration I've ever had the joy to explore.])

I want to keep improving my modding, so I'm building myself a house on a remote island, along with a lighthouse and a boat, to practice. I have a few questions.

1. How do I code an item to transport me directly to the house?

2. When you 'clutter' a house, are there any sort of guidelines you follow?

3. How can I set up a boat to activate to bring up transport options? Or is it easier and more preferable to have a transport NPC?

EDIT:

4. If I wanted to add a custom companion, could I use one of the existing ones as a mainframe and alter their dialogue options without breaking anything?

Depends on the item, if its inventory or not
Script works best

2. When you 'clutter' a house, are there any sort of guidelines you follow?

Give it a lived-in feel, make it for the npc and or business type,
don't add to many valuable items, if your going to include many
valuable items rename them and add a "nopickup" script
100-150 objects depending on the size of the home
you'll find some excellent examples here:

Easier with the NPC

I am a free single guy again, but I am still addicted to Elder Scrolls
