Is there room in the Steadhelm mages guild to add another npc who could be the leader of the Secret Order of Icarian Flyers, this mage will need a home which has a basement where he and his fellow members can meet

Yes. I'll add a house for the mage.

Yes the house should be 2 floors above ground and a basement

The basement should be hidden by either trap door or sliding hidden door leading down to it.

Items in the home should represent a Modest Bosmer Mage

At some point I hope to have a banner made for the Order (like a crest) but it is not necessary

The basement should be large enough to support a table and 6 chairs, a work station of scrolls and books, a book shelf, and of course books (mostly Magic Stuff)

enough room for 2 or 3 NPC's + plus the player

Thats bout it for now

The primary NPC (Quest Giver) should be Bosmer, (I don't know what bosmer body parts are availabe) So I leave it to the Claimer discretion, but he should be old. the other NPC's don't matter they are just expendble

I shall let you know more as we get further along

I could try and do the interior of that house, if no one else have claimed it yet. And I have some quetions about this if I'm going to make this one

Should I do the expendable NPC's?
Should I do some rooms in the basement for the expandable NPC's to live in/stay over a night in?
I hope that someone else is going to make the main NPC
What is the style of the house, is it Imperial or not?
Do I have all the things I have to use from the Official mod, as I don't have the inofficial?

You have to download the Silgrad Tower v2.0, it gives you access to many new objects.

You can start with the interior, don't link the interior to the exterior, I'll send you a PM.
