he was until the guard told him to stop or he'd lose it for good (judging by the way the guard held his sword grip)

Actually, the "playable dremora mod" is a one-click operation: dremora are already listed as a TES race along with all the rest in the editor: they just aren't clicked as playable. Or at least for me, they weren't until I pulled up the race menu ...

Uh, dremora arent a pre-existing race in TES3, or are you talking of Oblivion?

Being a dremora would be interesting, although it would need alot of scripting and modification in order for lore to be properly applied. I can't imagine horned creatures from Oblivion are treated all that well at city gates.

Actualy, most all dialogue would already be disabled because the requirment for it is "getisplayablerace" so all you would have to do is "turn" the player into a dremora without using the character creation screen.

The look of dremora's is fantastic in oblivion, really.

Becoming a dremora for some side quest would be real awesome too.

I dunno... their lips are kinda odd. Especially if you use that Dremora face texture replacer.

my main objection is that i dont see a purpose, besides looking cool, to let the %PC become a dremora. and if you just want to look cool you use a sepparate mod.
