I am currently using it in a mod Smile, as you know OBSE expands on the scripting functions available to a modder when developing scripts. So to make use of it you have to include some of ts functions in your scripts, the only way to make good use is to make something complicated, but there are simple things you can do.

May I ask why you want to use it?

Its not easy to catch the player when they are about to die, I know both Kurtee's mod and Cobl both have death handling in them. Might be worth looking and then asking for permission.
