No I think the number of levels is fine.

Im not sure this will work, i mean it is much bigger and i like that but the doors dont fit, and that big room under would have to be removed. I would just place that top piece (ex_vivec_hf_03) at the 0.75 scale, and that two windows.

The other thing I thoght about is the textures, I think we should see about something other than the bland velothi, but not to over the top

But you placed the entry on the balcony, the room yes but for the balcony look the picture.

Agreed on the textures, i even belive i saw one on the PES, but would need to take a look, not sure what the name is.
