His home should represent that of a superior warrior and noble.

The Headmaster will have a personal Maid and Cook and 2 personal guards

The Headmasters home needs to have at minimum

2 living areas
1 HeadMaster Chambers
1 guest Chambers
1 room for maid
1 room for cook
1 room for guards (within the guard tower)
1 Administration office with library

Which tileset (because of the exterior) has to be used to create this interior?

Good Question

The only other area this exterior is used is in Caldera as the Governors Mansion, their the interior is all Imperial, but I would prefer something different

The towers will most likely need to remain imperial cause I do not believe we have a circular stairwell in any other tileset, unless we can find one on PES

For the ground level (main entry) probably the "in_c_rich" would be best

any levels above or below that use the "in_imp"

it should probably have 3 above ground levels and 1 below

in the meantime I look around for a circular stairwell in the c_rich design

I am looking for a larger claim and I like the description for this interior.

If you have another claim that's more important of a similar size, I am more than willing to mod it, otherwise I would like to claim this interior.

Well the priorities are Karthor Dale and Veranis Hall, but their would be nothing this large in either of those places, the only thing of this size and even larger would be Harwood Castle, which we haven't even discussed in detail, the exterior has not been discussed much either.

It appears that this can be replicated fairly well with our current resourses
but your welcome to approach it differently

All you would need to do is the interior and when your done I'll design an exterior around it, unless you wish to do this as well

I attached another screenshot.

Looking at the screenshots it will be a castle with one large tower and a main building. I think 3 stories and a basement would be sufficient.

Which tileset should I use?
How many NPC's?

For the furniture.
Should I use com(_r) types?

3 stories should be fine and definitly a basement
