This resort is right across from the falls and has a wonderful view of Castle Ebonheart and Vivec off in the distance can be seen on a clear day

The resort should provide adequete room for 10 guests with luxury accomidations

Hlaalu Interior

and should contain at minimum

10 suites
1 kitchen
1 buffett area
a small club with musicians
a spa
a game room for gambling

anything above this is optional

You know i like this, so i'll take it.
Dont know the layout, but i'll play with this and will show it to you. I guess it will have a basement, bigger than the first floor. Furn_de_r.

Yes the basement can be 2 levels if you'd like, the first above ground floor is rather large itself considering you have 3 (nearly full) exterior buildings to work with. Its your choice

There was this mod that adds a casino in Gnissis. I was searching for it this morning, do you maybe know it? It had some nice games, maybe something like that? Maybe just copy them to this interior?

I never seen either of those

The first one seems like it might be fine

We will need to clean it out of all the addtional things we do not want
and just use the Models and scripts

The maker of this mod is no longer active, but the read-me file included says it can be used and modified as long as the credit is given

Great, i'll clean it, and as i said play with it. No idea when this will be finished as i'll work on this and on baracks at the same time.

No rush, especially with things like this, we need to make sure everything we do not want is out, when you get around to cleaning it of the unnecessary items send me a copy and I'll play test is as well and between the 2 of us we can ensure it is what we want

Could you add this(see screeny) on the exterior. Or something like it. I have this one piece that goes here, but now it doesnt fit the exterior. It is the only way i could make it with stairs; the guests cant use trapdoors!!
