This home was originally built for a wealthy merchant, hower when the Castle contract fell through most of the merchants left for better prospects
leaving this and a few other homes available.

The land is rich in minerals and suited for farming

Yay! I realized, to my dismay, that I only had morrowind and tribunal installed, with no CS and no disks. Luckily, I found my CS disk and bloodmoon last night, so this should be done in a day or two.

A quick question, was it/is it furnished for a merchant, even though it is not currently occupied?

It will be occupied by a farmer

I probably should have explained this situation with these farm houses a bit better

The House is owned by a Wealthy Merchant Living in Vvardenfell
Because of the change in plans, he leases the house to the current resident who is a farmer. A part of the profits from the crops goes to
the Merchant to pay on the lease

So farmer decorated would be the way to go

I was unsure of the name system, so I named the cell ST-DA-BF-11.

Here's what I came up with, a fairly standard interior. Only thing that may be out of place is a bag upstairs in storage with 100 gold coins, I thought a small reward for a player that still bothers to explore would be nice, but it can be removed.

Let me know if anything needs changing.

Its a good interior that we can use, but not for this house.

The claim says middle class family of 4, theirs only room
for 1 here.

If you'd like to add a second floor that should work well

But otherwise its a nice interior, maybe a few more misc. items
could be used.
