These Islands will be located far off the Eastern Coast of Morrowind
Exterior Cells

Thier are 5 Islands of Various size they are small, the largest should take up no more than 1 cell

The Islands should be very tropical, lots of green and colorful plants
The inhabitants of the Island are "Man" (not Mer)

But do not add NPC's at this time

The inhabitants of the Island will have made huts to live in

But do not make interiors at this time

The should be many rocks around the Islands

The Islands may be partially sandy and 1 Island should be at least 30 percent beach

Thier should be a ship wreakage off the coast of the most
Eastern Island

The Islands may have small caves (at least 1 Island should have a cave)
The interior for the cave may be done.

Do not add creatures nor sea life at this time

The configuration of the Islands is at the modders discretion

Other details will be worked out as we go along

Thier is nothing you need that I can give as far as resourses, you may search the morrowind download sites for resourses you'd like to have, but be sure to package them correctly and submit them with your mod

Also make you you have a read me file with credits to those mods you use the resourses of

As indicated small Tropical Islands 4 or 5 should do, close to each other

use the cell listed in opening post

I had to shrink the map down quite a bit, look to the right side around the middle portion, you may have to zoom in to see it
