Persuasion Pack: Nord Male as Scot (gruffer)

Here is a gruffer Nord-as-Scot male, courtesy of IG. I like this voice and propose it as the Nord male for now. If someone comes in and totally blows us away, then this voice will still be heavily used as a regional variant in ST.
