PM him and ask, why don't you replace the Guar with a horse, that should work then. Well maybe some slight alterations to the rider placements but that should be quite simple.

OK i got a pretty good alternative for not running in Morrowind.

Download Scripted Spells!,sure it doesnt allow Companions to tag along BUT you can transform into a wolf and run around fast,or a bat or a bear or whatever!!!
