I would love to use it in ES3

The University (to the best of my knowledge) is still planned for ES4 and I have been working on an ES3 version for some time and recently opened the claim for conceptual layout.

Since I'd like to see this implemented in the game and because I'm a realist I'm changing the imagined 9 chapters to 4 meaning I'll write 2 more chapters of this quest... Is someone interested in scripting this?
