Ra-Zhin-Daar's Simple Quest

Perhaps when the player first enters Elsweyr by the means of a quest or whatever you guys have planned, perhaps he can be approached by a Khajiit named Ra-Zhin-Dar who needs help finding some ingredients. He gives you a list with some rare ingredientsto find across Elsweyr. This would give the player a chance to explore a bit of Elsweyr and get a feel for some of the areas. The reason I thought this is because in a previous Morrowind mod I made for myself, there was a character named Ra-Zhin-Daar who needed help finding ingredients. thus I decided to see if this will fit into Elsweyr.
AND, Ithis quest could be so simple that I could create it. :bananarock:

We have a similar quest in Orcrest where the PC has to collect one of ever plant in Elsweyr for a botanical catalogue
