Thanks nick_op! I thought throttlekitty's feedback was interesting, though to be honest I don't know what to make of it. I can see the usefulness of manipulating the triangle sorting for hair meshes, though I would imagine it would be harder when one has two separate nifs next to one another. I think I'll experiment with having planes on the vertical side of my ice sheets, maybe that will hide the glitch from the player's view.

My pet peeve: huge images in img code. I reserve the right to make any such image into a clickeable thumbnail whenever I see it.
