Red Mountain
Hello, it's been quite a while. Now I'm rather sure this thread is under a wrong category but I was really unsure as to where should I post it. Anyway, I was wondering, is there a mention of a Dwemeric name for Red Mountain/Any settlement over there in any sort of lore? The likes of Tureynulal don't really strike me as being Dwemer in style. Thanks in advance!

Have you tried researching at the Imperial Library site? It that information is anywhere, it would be there. Lady N recently took on a position as a librarian there. She might also know that answer.

I have looked there but perhaps too vaguely up to this moment, will give it another go soon. Thanks for the heads up.

Since the whole island is technically Red Mountain, I'd say calling it all "Vvardenfell" is ok. I recall reading that all of Vvardenfell was one Dwemer settlement, hence it translates as "City of the Strong Shield." Don't know if thats official though.
