This is a pure modders resource. I made a collection of silent
mp3s of different length to fix the problem of text only dialogue
vanishing too quickly if no voice file is attached.

How to use:

Open the dialogue response window. Start recording a dummy
sound file. This will create a new file in the directory
/data/sound/voice/youresp/race/gender. Copy the silent mp3
with the desired length into the dir and rename it to the recorded
sound file. Delete the recorded sound file and the lip sync file.
Thats it. Your dialogue entry will now be displayed as long as
the mp3 file runs.

If you want to do your own mp3 files, you need to encode
them into a 64kb/sec mono format.
