(Resource) Night and daylight script

:alert: Do not let this code worry you for two reasons.

1: It's mostly for growing new plants around it over time. Just controling the size is easier and possibly.... possibly doable in Morrowind.

2: I gotta script it anyway so don't worry about the size, tis small compared to my true work in VB which is at 5000 lines of coding.

3: (I know I didn't mention three.) I just might be up to the challenge. I don't really play Morrowind anymore but I still see it as an old friend.

Oh I'm not worried I just knew it would be quite large, your script doesn't seem that large in comparison to what I expected so thats a good sign

I need a scripter !! badly, but its not alot of work, just an occasional line or 2

Hmmm. well i could do the odd script now I'm back. Though Morrowind is different to Oblivion but I think I could manage.
