Sorry for my belated reply.



The cause.

You started the claim with an older version of the esm.
In the mean time things were changed, HM wise e.g. Latrys and the Steadhelm area.


If you start modding a road or anything else related to the HM just inform me (the esm guy). If I know someone is working on a certain area I'll make sure that no HM changes will be merged, of course I can't wait for a long period of time, so the final esp should posted asap.

here is the version that may be merged and based on the latest esm. There is one error at the border of the steadhelm region.
I have made also a roadsign on the place where the road splits.
