SHC53 "Ferry Master's House" Update Claim [Finished]

This is the thread I'll be using to post my updates for SHC53 "Ferry Master's House"

I've started and had a quick look around and added a PG to the interior, and I've noticed that there's no part of the exterior PG that suits the possibility of any NPCs wandering out from the house.
Should I update the exterior PG to fit with this as well?

Can I also add an XMarker outside for the Ferry Master to stand at the docks or should he stay inside?
