I like this one, can I claim?
Sandor, if there are two different families in this building would it be alright if I were to split it into two different cells? I didn't have the two floors connected through the interior.

UPDATE: Tentative layout, if I keep this as one cell, then there is going to be ownership issues...

If you want to split the interiors into two cells that's fine for me.

If you use one cell assign ownership to the beds and items that are used by NPC's that don't own the cell.

Or use a faction, you could say the families are related (e.g. the two husbands are brothers).

The lay-out is ok.
