So how will the NPCs access the upper level after the file has been made playable? Can I just create a Silgradcity0351B cell and placed the contents of the upperlevel into it?

Sure, just duplicate the cell, rename and delete the other level.

The AI will be fixed in later stage.

ok this one is basically done. But I am having issues with one line of dialogue.

When the last 'offerservices' package ends the npc should say "It is after hours and no more sales". But he does not say that and continues to sell booze.

I have 'continue if pc near' selected in the last 'offerservices' package.

In the quest dialogue for that line I have the following conditions set:

getIsCurrentPackage - the last 'offerservices' package == 1

IsContinuingPackagePCNear == 1

I don't know why this is not working.

Oh well. I spent enough time on one line. Here it is.

"The Restless Noose"

The bar keeps are Novrasi and Givama Savil. They have a few one liners on the Greeting and you can ask for a drink. I wanted to leave the dialogue open since this is a locale that could be used in many differnt ways. I could have also placed some random NPCs at the small sitting arrangement but again I want to leave it open to oppurtunity for existing NPCs in the city.

The upper level is in silgradcity0351B. Upper and lower doors have been linked.

Thanks. Smile

FYI

Regarding the Dial problem.

The "you should leave" dialogue has to be added through the "Misc" tab and use the "TimeToGo" topic.

Thanks Sandor as I said I may get back to this one in the future. I am noticing variables in the Devil's Mug as far as services and dialogue and I am spending more time trying to square it up but not everything I try works. When I get it working under all circumstances I will then apply those to The Restless Noose.
