Hi, Im having this same problem. But its when I run Oblivion the game not the CS. Any suggestions for this?

Yes, I had fully updated the game, with shivering isles and all the other DLCs. To get it working it I had to uninstall and reinstall without shivering isles. I would really like to play the expansion with all the mods I have.

when i start the game oblivion it immediately pops up saying: cannot find masterfile : oblivion esm
