Did you merge the guar file (last version) with the esm (containing the guar, previous version)?

It seems the esm contains duplicates of the cells.
You'll have to delete these. Use the TES4PU version 11.1 (also for merging).

To answer your question.

For screenshots I refer to the Silgrad Tower v1 Gallery thread.

Change Log for Steadhelm (in the next release).

I cleaned (removed all the interiors) and fixed the esm (Steadhelm Alpha 0.3) of DarkAsmodeous. Merged the interiors and linked these to the exterior.

Tilted the (ship) wreck.

Added a city wall (not finished). The harbour will be in the Silgrad Tower land (later on).

Fixed some minor issues.

Full LOD has been generated.

The landscape (WIP) inside the city has been created.
The rocks have to be replaced by West Gash type rocks and their number has to be reduced. Some plants from the Bitter Coast type have to be added. For example luminous russula and other fungi and occasionally hackle-lo. The exterior of the city should be "swampy".

Finished and merged claims.

There are four almost finished interiors. These are modded by Cuthalion and TheImperialDragon and will be included in the next release.

As Razorwing said, there aren't any problems with Steadhelm anymore.
