Update: About 50% of the overall claim is completed. Every NPC's AI and dialogue is checked and fixed where necessary. Currently adding/replacing clutter.

There seems to be an issue in there being only one kind of Imperial table and about 10 kinds of Dunmer table, which makes life difficult when I'm trying to make these changes whilst changing the basic individual claims as little as possible.
Is there any work being done on the creation of more Imperial furniture, or should I just resort to using vanilla imperial objects when needed?
Trespassers will be shot.
Survivors will be shot again.

Right then,

As sad as it is, I've just spent the last 4 hours doing solid, hardcore modding and that last 50% is done.

It's in 3 .esps - One for AI, one for Dialogue and one for lighting and clutter

I also attached a changelog so you can see what I changed and in which cells.

(I looked at the Fighters Guild and couldn't help but notice how bright it was so I turned down the ambience in the edit cell menu - hope you don't mind)

Edit: Make sure you open them all together because some things require all of them together such as dialogue fixes etc.

Right, I've given each refugee a different X Marker for their wander packages

I've also added two more planks for boarding the ship so that the NPCs don't fall off
